Factions Discord Bot

Hello Everyone!

Today, I'm looking for someone to create a discord bot but not just any discord bot. My faction "Vengeance" is playing on a server called DecimatePvP (IP: Play.DecimatePvP.com). We would like to create a discord bot with these helpful features to enhance our faction.

Features Needed:
Applications - A way to apply for Vengeance
F Top - Show all of the Top Factions and their worth on the server
Previous Wins - An embedded message that will show Vengeances wins and prize earnings
Verification - A way to verify
Server Chat - Displays the server chat on the discord
Walls - A notification that will pop up in a text channel whenever another faction begins to destroy our walls.
Sync - Sync your in game rank to the discord

Budget $25-$35 (Normally discord bots are pretty cheap but due to this integrating into Minecraft it may be quite difficult therefore upping the price"

go get xpenguinx's bot, same guy that runs the sand alt bot discord, I've been ina few facs it's used in and it does everything you list there, and very well

This is possible as I just purchased a bot that does everything I need it too
