Factions eco set up

Releasing my factions server and i need an economy set up, I need all the plugins donor ranks rewards and everything to be set up so that its balanced. I currently have a lot of different plugins that give money rewards and other stuff that ties into the economy so i need all of that customized and set up. I also have stuff like mob coins and crazy-enchants that need to be set up to fit the economy. Right now the economy is complete trash and there are probably a lot of dumb exploits so i need someone very experienced to go one by one with every plugin and set up the perfect economy so that it is perfectly balanced. If you know anyone that does this please link him, i understand that this is a tough job and it could take sometime but i am willing to pay for this.
