I have a backup of a factions server that was recently closed, and the server owner refused to pay his developers, so I'm selling this copy of the server pre-release, which does have a LOT OF ISSUES.

Copy - $10
Unique Copy (If no other copies have been bought) - $50

The setup has things configured such as:
- Shop (balanced eco)
- Envoys
- KOTH (Builds removed)
- Crates (Rewards)
- Voting
- Shockwave Pickaxes
- (Builds removed as requested by builder)
- and other features from the MANY plugins

Note: Any and all copyrighted resources of developers that the owner had paid for have been removed

How do you know he is selling your plugins xD it’s not mentioned in the thread however if you further discussed then I’m sorry

I will include all of the info in my scam report. This developer was working with one of my clients (Arbiters), and downloaded a backup of the files (which include my plugins) without permission, and he is now reselling these files illegally.

Legally he is not reselling illegally. This is due to the fact that as he had said “He had never paid any of the devs.” If that is true then you had never held your side of said legal agreement and the scam report can go either way. Furthermore, there was nothing legally abiding in your commission of his works that is evident(what I can see) making it a dull and meaningless ordeal. As well as proof would be nice.

He never made my comissions, even after I paid him. He even went was far to self bot delete all his dms in discord.

And the TOS for any of myokan's plugins clearly states:

Yes, there is. The licensing terms of my nonexclusive plugins explicitly state that redistribution and resale is explicitly prohibited for all parties except for me. In this case, by this "developer" selling files that include my plugins, he is breaking this license.
