Factions/HCF Inspired Plugin.

Preferably looking for a friendly person to do this for free as I am on a small budget for my entire server.

I am currently looking for a plugin to be made at little too no charge. (I am not sure if this will happen as I am unsure if this is seen as a big plugin, let me know instead of hating on me).

Plugin will include,

/f create - creates a faction.
/f who - displays the faction name, the leader, and the members. Nice chat format.
/f leader - changes leader role.
/f list - lists current online factions and how many people are on within. Only shows top ten with highest player count in order.
/f invite - invites a player too your team.
/f rename - renames faction.
/f leave - leaves current faction.
/f disband - leader can disband current faction.
/f kick - kicks a player from your faction.

Factions names max character length 16.
No two factions with the same name.
Faction members can't hit each other.
Max of 15 players per faction.

It would also be nice to have:
Bard and Archer HCF kits compatible.
An allying system (one ally).
A /focus command which makes a whole faction see the focussed players name in a different colour.

This is a general overview of what I need. No DTR, captain or money system or anything else required.

Writing this made me realise there is more too it than what I expected. Lemme know if this is gonna be something Imma be charged for.

You're looking at hundreds if you don't have a big budget don't start a server.

This is quite a large plugin, this is called an HCF core...

A hcf core is not what I am wanting. I am wanting mainly a team creator thing.

Yes, I do I've made a few in the past. What he wants is a custom factions plugin unless my drinking is affecting my comprehension.

You could probably adapt MassiveCore Factions or FactionsUUID to do most of the things you need here, check those out before paying a lot for a core you might not need.

I actually have one of these not sure which one, could you expand on what you mean by adapt? Would that mean changing code or is it stuff which I can do myself?

You'd just likely need to get a addon for your other stuff, but all of those commands are a thing (just not the same command name)

Like the ally system would have to be built in (from what I know of)
Also the max members would have to be built in.
