FACTIONS HELP!

Hey there.

I am making a HCF server and I want it so...

Person in faction: Green name (&a)
Person in ALLY Faction: Pink name (&d)
Person in ENEMY faction/wilderness: Red name (&c)

This is what it looks like right now:

I want there to be no faction tag showing on either too
