Factions Manager (demanding & high paying)

I practically need a manager to run my (faction) server for me. Release is soon and im trying to get everything ready. You have to be willing to put in the work and know what the server needs without me hounding you to do it, Ive had trouble with previous managers with this. I dont need the extra workload of keeping you on task, you should do it yourself when asked, but pleaee have good communication with me. The job includes creating google sheets, and docs on occasion, staff managed, (interviewing staff, going through applications, etc), announcments made when needed, forum post, etc. I can pay upto $150/month and $75 bonus dependinh on the quality of work you do, or 1/5th server profits. I work a fulltime job, so if you could help me out, that would be great. Also I will need you to help spend my $400 budget on advertising. (English, and factions related advertising only)
