Introduction
I was introduced to MC back about 2011. I wasn't an extremely serious gamer back then and mostly messed around with the game, not taking anything very seriously, that's until the 1.6 update when I opened my very first factions server, putting my whole heart into it and ran with about 40 players. I gave up because of the lack of motivation. I've been playing factions for the last 4 years, seriously. Leading good factions along with being in great factions on great servers. I've got interesting ideas, and great concepts that could work into a factions server and make it become great.
Experience
My experience really starts of owning my first server, and got kind of addicted to owning or monitoring servers, owning over 5 servers, all doing fairly well (40+) I fell off with a lack of motivation to actually open anymore, I have been offered staff positions on multiple servers since this last year, giving me even more great and modern knowledge, with extensive screen sharing knowledge. After owning all of those servers, like I said, I got bored of it almost and started to get really serious into factions, like I said in the previous paragraph, I played on many great servers which gave me a lot of experience. I know what classic factions players like, but have ideas to spice up and make it interesting. I've got a faint memory of what servers I managed and owned, and I know that sounds cliche but coming back from a 4 month break takes a toll.
Server Configuration
I am extremely experienced in editing configs (like thats hard), I've been doing it for years and find it quite fun and actually entertaining, I can edit configs for you the way you want them and how you want them.
Staff and Community Management
I have experience in managing staff team and communities. This includes being able to host events for players, listening to their ideas and suggestions, looking at their reports, ban appeals, and choosing or recommending staff that I see fit and worthy. Along with that, I have knowledge about screen sharing and can provide a guide and programs to the staff to use.
Creative Input
Throwing ideas and plugins out that actually would fit a great factions server and what I believe could improve players experience on the server.
Website Knowledge
I have knowledge of HTML, and can help, or even create a Xenforo website, I'm a beginner and really haven't made anything worth noting.
Pricing
Willing to do work for free, or for vouches. Donations would be sick if you think my work is worth it.
