Factions Manager [Time consuming, Paid well]

Hello, I am opening a factions server within a month, and I am looking for an experienced, professional manager to help advertise, and run the community

The tasks would include:

Creating documents
This includes economy sheets, release information, updates with the server, forum post, etc. Post need to be professional, and information filled. These post should leave players with information so they aren't guessing about whats to come. Key to a great community is to inform the players.


Hours of time spent advertising
(DMing constantly, working deals with large faction leaders, (we will offer buycraft as incentive for them to join, $4 per player, in factions with 15+ members) finding faction, and english based YTers to record, etc) (THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART)

Staff Management
This includes reviewing staff applications, and interviewing potential staff prospects. High standard on the staff team.

If you can not meet the requirements, and it takes you days upon days, with no reasonable excuse to finish simple tasks, then I will fire you immediately, and find a new manager. When I ask you to do something, I want it done within a timely fashion, unless you have something going on at that exact moment, and if you do, once you are done with your activity, I want you to get straight to work on what I have asked.


payment:
I will be paying $200 for a smooth release, and I want atleast 120+ players on initial release, 1000 discord members, and numerous factions listed to play on the server. If you can not meet these expectations PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE ME. payment will only be after release, or I can pay as you make progress on the server.
