Hello! I am in need of a custom Factions plugin!

Things I need Added

1. /f stealth so you dont show up on /near
2. /f perm such as the perms on the MassiveCore factions plugin!
3. /f access such as the MassiveCore factions plugin
4. When you do /f who and it shows all the players in that faction I want it to display the power of that person to the right of the name!
5. Built in faction fly plugin. I want it to be made so that whenever a faction member enters there territory it automatically enables and whenever an enemy is within 25 blocks of you, you get kicked out of the fly
6. Customizable messages as well as /f who and /f list and stuff!

This is all I really want so I am not paying a ridiculous amount for the plugin, My budget is $30 - $35
