Factions/Prison Server Manager {PAID POSITION}

Okay So im gearing up for my new server release. Its a Prison/Factions server

What im going to need is an HeadAdmin. [PAID]

Responsibilites:
Manage the Server Twitter. Post DAILY posts, interact with followers by answering messages, post updates, post pictures of builds from people.

Mange the Server Facebook Page: Post everything from twitter on Facebook page as well

Manage the Forums, reply back to posts. Post updates on the main page.

Advertise the server, I have an advertisement method that i will release to you upon hire.

Find qualified members for Mod Ranks on the server.

You will NOT be opped
you will NOT Abuse your powers. /kill etc
you wont Be in /gmc. if you want to play the game, you must play like a player

It will start at a certain monthly pay for the first months.
If the server is really succesful. (it hasnt launched yet. JUNE 1st)
You will be paid more $ based on the donations, how good of a job you do.

I'm usually interested, but I am currently applied for another job. I'll give you some advice though, make your domain your server name. Also;

1. Managers should be OPPED, they are the primary admins of the server along with the owners. Just don't give them console.
2. Don't let Manager play the server, only administrate it. (Allow gamemode)
3. Good - make sure they don't abuse.
