If someone's buying the server I doubt they'll keep you as a developer. Anyway, configuring it is not hard, coding it would be a different story but simply configuring a plugin is no challenge.

Im sure selling the extra plugins is not allowed. If they want to buy them they can buy them over at spigot. If You have the Creators permission to resell his work then go ahead and provide proof but if not could you remove it?
