Factions Server (150-200+ Playerbase) 10-12k Budget

Hello, I’m looking for an active factions server with custom plugins and an active player base of 150-200+ players which is smooth and has had at least 2 Maps, Must have 20k+ in donations.

Must also have a discord server with atleast 500+ members

My budget: $10,000-$12,000

Also, honestly, if a server has $20,000 in donation, I highly doubt they would want to sell it for $12,000 after the profit and high reputation they've earned. I may have something you'll be interested in though.
