You can get both on spigot.

Your 1k/m isn't constant, its basically a guy donating alot each month. I could get the same server as yours by basically getting a whole day of a org slot for 700 and then the other 300 on server related stuff.

What I have found when I was interested in selling my server is that you will never be offered an amount that you see is fair. That's the struggle when selling servers.

ShopGUI+

My shop plugin has the ability to shift+click and you can buy items in stacks. When I was finding a shop plugin like did I did try ShopGUI+ but it doesn't have that ability and my shop plugin config is much easier to configure.
