Factions Server (250 USD MADE IN 12 HOURS)

So basically I own a faction server as many might know which opened last night. We invested a grand total of 20$ into advertising however the server already had a large community of discord members 700 to be exact. We made 60 USD before even opening and within 30 mins of being up another 40 USD was made and then over night another 150 USD was made. Now this sounds perfect right? We are now sitting at 60 playerbase early in the morning. So why would I sell it, well I thought about it after all the trouble I went through updating it running it advertising it I decided its not worth it. I'm going to sell it and I only want to sell it to someone who is going to continue running it in the right way and knows how to.

I can provide proof of the following:
Logo made by Wonder from the artsy team (I have resell rights)
Domain (Registered with namecheap about 10 months left)
Discord (700 members)
Server (Proof of playerbase now and after reset)
Donations (Ill show buycraft panel)
Buycraft (2 Months of ultimate left)

And literally any other asset with the server I missed if you are interested in purchasing feel free to PM me I will not show any proof here due to the server still being up with a good playerbase. The server is a custom enchant style factions server.

I will not deal with you if you have less then 5 rep.
I only deal onsite.
If you have less then 10 rep you go first.
If you have less then 30 rep we MM. (Must have 150+ rep).
If you have less then 50 rep ill give half first (Decided in pms).
If you have more then 100 rep I will go fully first.

Yea it feels pretty hard, but as it already has a setup server it should be a lot less effort to keep going now

True I guess it sorta is but I'm losing time with family for money thats wrong

Why don't you hire a manager or admin to deal with all the problems or get a 2nd owner?
that way you can keep server running and still own it

Trust problems a user deleted my files hence 4 weeks of downtime wont mention names as he uses this site

If he is selling it so short after opening it, he probably doesn't think it is going to last a while and is trying to cash out right away while its peaking.
