Hello,

I'll keep this thread short and sweet, I've been having personal life issues and as much as I want to run the server I have a lot of things in my life I need to work on. I am not yet 100% sure about selling the server so I decided to try and if I don't find a right buyer w/in a certain time-frame then I will continue running it.

The sale will come with:

• An exclusive factions setup
  
• A XenForo website https://ekakary.com/ (custom theme & domain)
• A discord server w/ around 100+ members (125 last I checked, however some people are leaving)
• An exclusive Spawn, Warzone, PvP Arena, end/nether spawn, and KoTH
  
• Buycraft w/ semi-custom theme
• Logo, 5 rank icons, & a banner

Extra info: The server got around $300 average donations per map during the first month, I've always had trouble with advertisements so it dies out after 1 month (this happened on all 3 maps) but w/ someone who's good with ads this will probably go well as the setup doesn't have any known bugs.

I have a price range in mind but I'd rather keep that private so I could see how much this would actually be worth realistically.
