Hello my name is Nick, I've got a long experience in both administrating and developing for Faction servers. My experience in development goes back to 2008, which is when I first started with C++ and .NET and eventually C# in 2013, I didn't start with Java until 2015.
I'm only looking to develop for a factions server because I know most if not everything about factions, which makes it a comfortable work space. If you wish to see my previous work, all you'll have to do is ask me in a PM or on Discord.
I do require payment, I either would like to be paid per project or per week/month. I expect all payments up front, or at least 50%. This is negotiable depending on your reputation.
