Factions server for the right price

Hello, I am selling my 1.8 factions server. Me and my partner built this server from the ground up. We finally opened it over a week ago and ever since then, we have had a playerbase ranging from 0-5at low time, and 15 a peak time. The reason for selling the server, is that it takes up more time than we have. We are both Freshman in univertisty, and trying to balance good grades, and run a Minecraft server is something that we cant do at this stage in our career. You will also get the domain (Vexcloud.com) witch is farely knownaround the Factions world.

The server is running on a Premium 4GB Server thought Exile servers (http://exileservers.com). 4GB is good enough for the playerbase that we curently have, but if the server gets bigger, you can upgrade with the click of a button. In the past month we have gotten $70 in donations. (January)

The cost of the server to run per month, is as followed:

COST:
Hosting: ------ $20
Buycraft: ----- $15
Domain: ------ $25 (Yearly)
Youtubers: --- (How ever much you have to spend on it)
Streamers: --- (How ever much you have to spend on it)
Staff: --------- (You decide, you are the new owner)

I paid about $250 to open the server.

- Quite a few of Premium Plugins loaded into the server ($60 worth of premium plugins)
- OP Spawn + a Custom built warzone
- Custom Enchants (We had this coded for us)

- Envoys
- Auction House

- Premium Staff plugin
- The list goes on and on.

This server meant a lot to us as we've put so much time into it. It sucks that we have to let it go, but I hope it gets left into good hands.

We don't really have an asking price for this server, but we want atleast everything we've put into it. If you are interested, add one of us on skype. We can negotiate and also show you around the server.
