Factions Server ideas

Hello, everyone. I am seeking feedback or more specific ideas for a good faction server. What do you think should be added to a factions server? suggest it below with details.

I like the idea of warzone crates. Being able to aquire some loot with the chance of losing it to another player gives me thrill. Custom enchants are also fun, so long as they're not too overpowered, and easily obtained. Also if you're to have ranks, don't make it pay to win. Give starters and non-ranked players some advantages like maybe 2 homes vs 1 and things like that.

may be an npc that gives and sell the zones... like a crazy villager or an old pigman or some like that
