Factions server/Server network w/ PB (1000$+ budget)

Hello!

I'm looking to either purchase a server with a playerbase or find a partner to create one with from scratch.

A little bit about myself and why I'm interested. I ran a decently large server for years called HazeCraft and I ended up selling it about a year back. I'm currently a Senior Developer at a company called Galvanize. I make a very good amount of money and am looking into investing into another minecraft server.
