Factions Server / Skyblock Server

I'm looking to purchase a factions server and a skyblock server to throw onto my network. I don't care about any graphics, websites, and so on, I'm just looking for in game files. The server must have custom builds, custom plugins are a plus but not needed, and a playerbase is not needed. My budget is $350 per server. Please send me screenshots or provide test servers upon the information given. Thanks!
