Requesting Staff for a factions server...

Being staff is a volunteering job.

Hello, today I am looking for professional staff team to work bring to my server.
The staff team will work alongside with me to bring the community a bright, fun, and loving server. The server is still in-progress however a limited amount of people are allowed online at this time. During the beta version, each staff member can bring up to 4 friends to hang out with and play the server. The server is not planned to release before May 1st and no longer than May 21st.

Picking a staff member will be done as a group, not an individual, and due to this, the wait time for an answer may very. Please note, I do not want any 'Noobs' at staff members. A staff member is there to help players out however if the staff member is busy playing Sh*ts and Giggles, they can not. We're not saying not to have fun but you must know when it is time to be professional.

Our Image, It's important that staff maintain an air of responsibility and maturity. Chat spamming, griefing, kick wars, mute wars, random jailing, etc. should not occur.
If you are caught abusing powers you will be removed from the staff team and banned (If you are banned or not depends on what you have done.).
If you are not active you will also be removed from the staff team.
You start off as a Helper and with time you will be moved to Moderator, depending on what the Administration see fit.
You do not jump ranks, or get special treatment.
