What size playerbase you looking for. Any specific type of factions i.e OP, Custom enchants ect?

You're not going to find anything above 20 players with 700 dollars unfortunately.

I'd recommend investing it into your own server, then selling that server, and buying a larger one, or just keep growing the one you have made.

Why should he pay from F&F lol. He need to pay it from G&S (due scammer), but you need to give the files about like a hour so he can't cancel the transaction anymore.

He gets a 90 days chargeback possibility

Read everyone's comment, everyone is saying the same thing. You simply will not find a server with 50-60 player base and 5,000 in donations with $700
