Factions Server With Playerbase

I'm currently interested in purchasing a factions server that already is setup and has a player base. I don't want the server to be some crap server that anyone can make within 5 minutes.

Requirements:
◆ 5+ PlayerBase
◆ Professional Quality Builds
◆ Well Working Forums/ Website ( Has Custom Theme, Not a default Enjin & Or Xenforo Theme)
◆ Voting All Setup
◆ Gets Donations on a day to day bases
◆ Buycraft up and working
◆ Artwork & Banner

Well wouldn't you get pretty defensive over someone calling you someone else who's banned?
Like what if a user got banned for scamming for example.
And you just kept being called that user and it would make your thread look bad, etc.

What do you want to know? Playerbase around 5. Donations usually weekly. Price lower than your offer. It needs work, but it has potential.
