Factions Server

Hello,
So, I have been out of the configuration service for about 6 months now and coming back to make a faction server. I've lost a lot of ideas for factions and looking if someone would be either willing to help me prepare one (not paid) or give me a list of plugins I would really need. I've already got the obvious ones:
