Factions server

Looking for a very nice configurable Factions server. Mostly looking for plugins/config but a nice map is always nice. Thinks i'm looking for include: Donor ranks ( at least 5 ranks), Donor kits, Donor features (such as particles or pets ect), Custom join message, This style broadcast message (http://gyazo.com/270bf01d589108cb67d7c2bda5a13f81), Info-Board, Votifier/Vote rewards, Also (if it's possible) a votelistener that can give keys for the "CrateKeys" plugin. Anyway these are the main things I'm looking for. Price wise I'm very flexible so don't worry about that.

Ill configure something for you with Donator Kits & ranks, ideas to donator features and you can then select the ones you like, custom join messages, broadcasts (let me know what to include in them), vote rewards and a votelistener that can give cratekeys for you, however I cant give you the CrateKeys plugin as you must purchase that yourself.
Also ill configure essentials, essentials chat and essentialsspawn for you.

And of course you will have to select the version of factions you want added.
Ill do all this for.. 20$?

And? It's a FREE alternative.

He was specificly asking for CrateKeys. Im aware of the free alternative, but he didnt want a setup for cratekeys he just needed a voting listener that is capable of delivering keys from cratekeys in voting rewards.

I just let him know that if he wanted CrateKeys installed he had to buy it himself, as Im not going to provide it for him.
