Factions Setup

Looking for a factions setup, must include staff ranks and regular ranks in PEX, chunkbusters, genbuckets, balanced economy and balanced kits (not pay2win).

If someone could do it for free that would be awesome otherwise just drop the price you're looking for as a reply.
