FACTIONS SETUP

Hello I am looking for a full custom "classic factions" setup. What I mean by classic factions is that there are none of the newer plugins like genbuckets, sellwands, chunkbusters, etc...
I want a setup that will have the "old" feeling minecraft faction experience from back in 1.7.10 - 1.8
I would like a good faction core that may include all plugins I need and am willing to pay nice for a good core with all the older features.

I am really looking for

- custom featherboard for players and active staffmode
- custom nametags with various colors for all ranks.
- custom shop gui
- custom crates
- combat plugins like pvplog and enderpearl cooldown
