Factions Spawn - £10 (Exclusive)

This a Factions spawn I have made. I am selling this at £10 however if anyone is interested I might sell it cheaper. This is an exclusive build. The spawn is 120by120. The theme was originally a castle but in the inside it is a nice park, there is no shop or anything so it could be used for something other than a factions spawn, however there is some writing saying Factions.

You stated in the description that you were selling for 10 Euros, below you then states you were selling for 12 Euros, what's up with that?

Change the title of the thread, this is not exclusive because you're selling it on sellfy and many people can buy it. Here on MCM exclusive means that you're selling the build to a person only.

I'm not an idiot, I know what exclusive means. What I'm doing is selling it on sellfy and if someone buys it I will delete it.

I recommend you remove the sellfy link and simply give it to anyone who wants to buy it. I do this as well. Otherwise, you might have 2 buyers in 1 night, and that'd be trouble.

What I'm telling you to do is to remove the link from this page, and make the sellfy post itself not appear on your store. That way, if anyone wants to buy it, you can send them a link to the post on sellfy, and they will be able to buy it without the risk of someone else doing so at the same time.
