I've created a factions spawn for somebody, but it wasn't what he was looking for, so I've decided to try to sell it here.

4 Animal pits
2 Voting crate area's with 6 crates each
Room for information boards
Room for shops (in the towers)
High- and low-level enchantment rooms, anvils, ender chests, crafting benches etc.

Disclaimer:

I own this map and the permissions to sell it. Nobody has received the files from me. The map was created on my private building server, and I am able to prove this to any customer on Skype via screenshare. If you want to take a look at it before you buy it, screenshare is also an option.

If you've bought this map from me, you may use it however you like. Even resell it. If you want to make it publicly available however, you will need to inform me.

You can use any screenshots as promotional material without needing my permission.

I will keep all the rights to use screenshots and other visual material for personal use, promotion of my service and my portfolio.

that doesn't make any sense. If you say you're going to publish it on PMC for free, then nobody is going to buy it, and instead wait until its free.

I'm obviously not going to publish it if somebody buys it now.
Whenever I published it, it wouldn't be unique anymore, so potential buyers would probably not download it for their server.
The reason I'm doing this, is because I don't want to wait for ages to sell it.

I know that but people who see that statment won't spend money on the build.. Instead they will wait for it to come out for free.

That is not true. If that were the case, nobody would ever be able to sell buildings, because there are a ridiculous amount of spawns of high quality available for download already. If somebody likes this spawn, and would like to own the exclusive rights, they would definetly not wait until everyone can download it, but buy it instead, so nobody else is able to use it.

Thanks! I know what you mean, but it has drop-off points on the outside, which would make it a terribly designed hub. Of course, if you fill those in, it could be a cool hub
