Factions Spawn ($150 Budget)

Hey guys,

I'm looking to buy a factions spawn that is around 250x250, I would prefer it to be fantasy/modern and it must contain 4 areas for the spawn (shop, donation area etc)

My budget is $150 and I can go slightly higher if needed. I would also like if the build came with a PvP arena integrated into it but it is not necessary, thanks

For a budget of $150 or higher, I recommend a very nice complex detailed spawn, with a awesome warzone done in the normal world not superflat! Anyways, goodluck with finding one!
