Factions Spawn [150x150] [High Quality] [Cheap]

Hello Everyone, I am selling my old
Factions spawn, and no one has access to it but me,
I had the spawn built for me, and I don't have anything to do
with it anymore. I no longer have a factions server, so I don't
want it anymore. The build is really nice, and the theme is red
and grey but is really easy to change, when the guy built it for me
it was themed blue, you can easily replace stained clay and
wool to your server colors to change the theme.
I bought this spawn for $50, so the bin will start at $20,
I am willing to negotiate to a limit, if you would like to

Proof of building?

I had a builder build it for me awhile back, I might be able to provide transaction info, I didnt have the feeling to take screenshots while building though, I may have, I highly doubt it though, thought I would always have a use for the spawn, but not really owning a server at this point.

I have seen this spawn, without a doubt, being used on MineSuperior OPFactions server around a month ago.

The spawn is no longer being used by the server but i did find a screenshot of the spawn that looks very similar to the one being sold.

Damnit, I already figured out that the guy scammed me and also sold the spawn to multiple people and made a thread about it, I will close this thread
