There is one slight problem with this. Your build is more of a 'block pallet than it is a 'theme'. Most server owners are going to want a spawn with a unique theme. This looks like it was done in an hour tops, which is needless to say, rushed. Judging by only this, I could say you're a decent builder but you should put more time into your work. To be honest, I doubt this will sell but there is some feedback that may help you in the future.

SwiftBeatz Thank you for your feedback, I will take everything you said into consideration next time I build! I am currently working on a spawn that will be much bigger and not rushed. Thanks for your reply it really helps knowing someone cares for my success as a builder.
