Hey, I am in need of a Factions Spawn, I havent really got a big budget at the moment, Its pretty small. I am in need of a Factions spawn with 4 Entrances, Has to be detailed and Must *NOT* be Resold. Must have the following :

Entrance
Jump down
Shop / Market
Staff, Top Voter and Donator Area
Rules or AFK place

I would be able to sell you a factions spawn of 100x100 if it was non-exclusive for that price. Otherwise, you'll need a bigger budget for that, unless it was bare essentials, with only the spawn itself. No shops, no staff areas, etc.
