Hi Guys! I'm selling a Factions Spawn, 80x80.
Noone has this other than me, and you'll have it exclusively.
I'd like atleast $40 for this,

Never done this before so, not sure on pricing and stuff, but I've been told its worth $60, so I'm sticking with it.

Not sure who told you it was worth $60...

Probably around $10-$20.

Not a huge amount of detail, quite small, repetitive, etc...

A good start if this is your first time though ;)
