Hi I currently don't have a build team anymore so I decided to make a spawn. The spawn is fairly large and Has good detail there are still a couple of buildings etc to be added but overall this spawn in my opinion is up to a good enough quality to be sold. I will complete the spawn I'm just trying to see if anyone is interested.

Id lower the bin to $10... Basically your just buying the houses, altho those are really good!

What you need is not slab, stair & wall spam, but larger, wholesome shapes. As well as depth in your larger walls (meaning there's more than 1 or 2 layers to it).

Eh..selling it incomplete doesn't make much sense, people buy builds cause they can't or just too lazy to build themselves. Then they got to either finish it themselves or hire another person to make what's left.

The build would be sold complete its just its not complete yet. I wanted to see if anyone would be interested that's all.
