Factions Spawn by Aminoque [Lowered Price]

Today I am here to sell a Factions spawn that has not been shown to the public as of now, I have had Aminoque buid this spawn and I have no use for it as of now. I purchased this spawn about a few weeks ago for my Factions server that was going to be Added to my Network but as of now we have canceled plans to make Factions.

I would like to sell this spawn and start the auction at $150.00 USD. This spawn has been built by a professional build team by the name of Aminoque.

Lower the starting bid. The BIN should be around $150-200 at most. The starting bid should be around $25-45 in my opinion. However, it is up to you. Just wanted to help out a new member. Best of luck, and great build!

This spawn is worth the $200.00 asking price, it hasnt been shown to the public and I own the only copy of the world / schematic. I spoke with Aminoque about this build and I asked if I could sell it since I have no use for it and they said if I were to sell it start the price at $300.00 I understand that is a bit steep so I have started it at $200.00.

I have added a bigger variety of pictures now.

Spawn is 100x100 - 130x130
Warzone I am not sure of I never really asked I just had him make a Warzone.

This place is full of low ballers, don't start off the bid less than 150.

I will not take less then $150.00 for this build, the build team quoted it valued at $300.00 USD but I need it sold as I have no use so I am offering half the price to hopefully encourage purchasing it.
