Factions Spawn by Aminoque [Lowered Price]

Hello,

Today I am here to sell a Factions spawn that has not been shown to the public as of now, I have had Aminoque buid this spawn and I have no use for it as of now. I purchased this spawn about a few weeks ago for my Factions server that was going to be Added to my Network but as of now we have canceled plans to make Factions.

I would like to sell this spawn and start the auction at $150.00 USD. This spawn has been built by a professional build team by the name of Aminoque.

Well I mean the build is from a elite team of builders and they have built for alot of servers and I mean the build is worth it.

I will not take less then $150.00 for this build, the build team quoted it valued at $300.00 USD but I need it sold as I have no use so I am offering half the price to hopefully encourage purchasing it.

Many build teams charge for a much higher price, though, there are alternatives to get the same quality work done for a much lower price. Especially with this community full of smaller sized servers, it's not very likely to get the price that you are looking for. Personally, I wouldn't mind paying that price for a quality build, though others won't and will look for alternatives.

I think this would only be worth around $50-60 in my opinion or should i say that's probably the most you'd get for it. If you try to sell something on here it has to be at a low price seeing as not many people around here are willing to spend $100-150+ on a build. Even my 450x450 Hub hasn't sold yet and it's worth $450 but i'm only trying to sell it at around $150. This being a pre-built spawn and not a custom commission also drops it's price quite significantly. Knowing people around here i'd aim for roughly $40-55 for that build if you want it to sell, otherwise if you don't lower your standards i'd doubt you'd find a buyer. Not offending your building skills at all just the situation that this site holds doesn't provide many opportunities for expensive builds to sell very often. Anyways GLWS and if you really want it to sell i'd drop the price.

I can take advice I actually run a quite successful business on Spigot and get 5 - 10 jobs each day I know how this sort of thing works and this spawn is worth at minimum $150.00 out of its $300.00 quote.
