Factions Spawn For $5.00 or less.

I need a spawn that my players will like for 5$ or less.
The reason being, is because we are on a really tight budget, and we are just starting out.
We sold our Creative server because of low-demand on it, so we are using the profits to buy a factions spawn.
If you are interested, please send a message with screenshots of the spawn and the price of it.
Requirements:
Spawn must only be available on my server, and it can not have more than 1 server owning it, and that 1 server is us.
Reason being for that, is because we wanna be unique.
Notice: Please don't leave hate, or arguments, because every thread I make, there is always that one a**, that ruins it.

True. I just need a quick and easy one, but detailed.
I don't want it to be made by like a random person that just started minecraft, but a starting build team preferably for one of their first projects. We have a tight budget right now, but thank you so much for the information!
