Factions Spawn + Shop

[Macrolect]

Hi, today I'm selling a red, modern Factions spawn (Roughly 200x200).

This spawn has been used on 2 of my factions servers so it has been used before
though one server was 2 years ago and the other was 5 months ago + neither server was big.

This also comes with an easy to navigate shop we built to match it.

Starting Bid: $10

Bid Increment: $2.50​

Bin: $150

All I have for proof of ownership is a picture of me being owner in chat, as this spawn was built over two years ago I do not have any pictures of it being made.

Thank you. It has been used before on 2 small servers that were open for less than one month each, the only thing left to remember of them are a few small YouTube videos so it shouldn't effect it much.[DOUBLEPOST=1470419166][/DOUBLEPOST]Bidding ends 8/12/16!

You're not likely to get a BIN of $150 on a build that's not exclusive anymore. The starting price is reasonable enough even for a non-exclusive, but a BIN of $150 would just barely work if it had been fully exclusive.
The thing is, even if the servers it was used on were small, it could easily have been leaked, or still be getting leaked later, which decreases the value by a lot.
