Factions Spawn | Warzone | Exclusive

This was a build used on one server years ago. It was originally purposed as a factions/drug server spawn but it can be used for many different server types. I paid $300 for this roughly 300x300 spawn to be built by my longtime friend Glowfisch (https://twitter.com/glowfisch1).

FEATURES:
1) Shop - Over 10 levels with already built sign boards
2) Potion Shop - Potion decor built on top of building
3) 50+ Individually built player shop stalls
4) Bank - With small easter egg parkour inside
5) Drop Party area
6) Underground dungeon pvp system - 3 levels underground in a dungeon/sewer esque style. Great for a PVP zone or loot zone
7) Law office
8) Laundromat area with secret area underneath
9) Terraformed "warzone" (very small and consists of bigger, custom trees)

To each their own but this was built by one of the most notable builders in the community and the original price was $300. I know MCM has a tendency to devalue anything and everything but in this case I just want it sold! Also, lowered starting bid to $40 and made increments by $5
