How much would this project cost? Doesnt have to be fully exclusive, just not the type that people first join and go "Ive seen this before". I need it done in like under 2 weeks.

Edit:
Theme: Kind of like a house or houses, orange and white colored themed. And then maybe trees on it and in the warzone. Maybe have smaller houses lead up to a bigger house that people first spawn in when they join. Maybe a 8x8 chunk spawn

Budget: Like $40

Wood = the big house
Dirt = smaller houses and buildings
Blue wool = areas set off to put things like crates, enchantment tables, etc
Green = where they spawn
Then put like trees or decorations to fill in the areas

Then maybe 5 blocks off the ground so people in warzone cant just jump back into safezone or get hit up into safezone
