I'm selling my first build on here and its a factions spawn i have built on my free time. Its taken a couple days but all the shop is done and can be located under the spawn. Its a 100 x 100 spawn i believe and has a medieval feel to it. It hasn't been used by any server and still today. For more info contact my skype.

Its build fully and custom, its a one of a kind spawn and its never been used. Aswell the shop is done along with it the terrain outside of the spawn if perfect for pvp
