With the budget you have, I suggest you save on the terrain and spend on Spawn, because an exclusive terrain at least will not go down from $ 50 to $ 100 (if you're looking for quality, of course).

I suppose 6000 x 6000 should be enough and the cost in dollars would be almost $ 10 (9.88), this way you will get a high quality land and you would have $ 20 for an exclusive spawn, if your budget will increase and you look for something little bigger I would recommend you:
