What shall I use? I got told that taco is good if it's well configured, and that elapse doesnt do that much difference, and that it's really not worth it. I need really good cannoning, so can taco do that?

Elapse is pretty low right now compare to its previous price. I must say that it is worth it because it offers A LOT of customization including the "good cannoning" that you said. But if you feel that you really don't need those then stick with taco. I also suggest to use Flux since it adds a fix to cannoning.

I don't know. I haven't seen a 100-200 server that uses tacospigot.

Flux doesn't optimize but adds a patch to cannoning. I personally never used Elapsed but it seems promising. Use fluxspigot as a temporary jar if you don't have the money.

if you are running a factions server just go with stellar honestly will be your best option

You're looking to buy a spigot for a factions server with what budget? like one of the previous users stated. You need good performance and cannoning for a good facs server, a small budget's not gonna get you that mate.
