With this plugin each faction will be able to have their own tntbank. They can ethier add tnt from their inventory or from chest to their balance. With tnt in their balance any mod+ of the faction will be able to take tnt from the factions balance and put it nearby dispensers.
Commands

/tntbank add [amount/all] - add tnt from your inventory to your factions tntbank
/tntbank remove [amount] - remove tnt from you factions tntbank to your inventory
/tntbank chestmode - toggle chestmode, will take take tnt from the chest and add to your inventory
/tntbank bal [faction_name] - display avaliable tnt in yours/other factions tntbank
/tntbank tntfill [amount] [radius] - fill all dispensers in [radius] with the specified [amount] from your factions tntbank

This is quite a unique plugin, however I think it's stupid. My opinion is that tnt should be raidable. You should not be able to store it.

really depends on the eco of the server, most servers ppl won't really care if they get tnt from a raid

They may not care if they get it, however it's adds challange. If I have 11203 tnt stored that is more than enough to do a raid. But what if I just got raided. Oh no worries, I can just pull tnt from my stash and raid someone to get on my feet. To me, that is no fun.

Well it also makes your server die out too, a faction who lost everything will prob quit but with this they will still have tnt and be able to raid others therefore starting back up

If they quit because they were raided, that's just sad tbh. A real faction would just remake their base and grind.

or it means they have atleast half a life, bases can take weeks to get up

It takes less then 2 days for a faction to make a 100 gen wall base that's trenched. It's not too difficult to get back on your feet.

It depends on the server. You could make the same argument for any server using a private vault plugin.

Off topic, but everyone talking about how factions quit because they get raided, its because they want the prize or whatever there goal of the server is. When they get raided, it basically puts them out of the run for the prize.

Possibly add a feature that allows tnt being added to the bank charges the user money to access/store? This would resolve the issue of a free, secure place to store tnt.
