FACTIONS UUID DISABLE CHEST OPENING UNLESS MEMBER?

Hey i have a problem.. so when someone enemy or just whoever enters your base they can steal from chests how do i disable that i cannot find option anywhere..

It's been a while since I've done any of this but if I remember correctly it's something along the lines of:

it is true but it does not work

These are the only commands I can find that have proven to fix the issue. Just try toggling between them.
/f config territoryProtectedMaterials CHEST
/f config territoryProtectedMaterials TRAPPED_CHEST
/f config territoryProtectedMaterialsWhenOffline CHEST
/f config territoryProtectedMaterialsWhenOffline TRAPPED_CHEST

An alternative option is to stop your server, edit the config files in FactionsUUID and then start your server back up. Changes never work properly with /f reload unfortunately when dealing with properties.
