Factions UUID fork/core (Paid)

Hi there MCM,
I'm looking to either commission a developer to make me a custom factions UUID core which would include player based in faction permissions and a bunch of other smaller things, or I'm looking to purchase a existing core or add on that add more ranks such as coleader and recruit or allows rank/player based permissions.
My budget for a custom core is roughly $120
