I'm looking for someone to make me a decent/good factions world that has a clear area around 0,0 for the spawn and then a warzone. I will not pay over $5 for this.

I am not looking for someone to make me a custom terrain world. All I want is a world with an area around 0,0 that doesn't have hilly land.

That's definitely the only thing he can expect, unless he's willing to accept less than 1000x1000 as total world size.

I would accept that but I want there to be even ground around 0,0 so I can put my spawn in. I wouldn't pay high for this though. I want a somewhat flat(not completely flat, just not too many hills) mesa biome for the warzone or a plains biome.

If anybody here wants to help OP for $10, or has time...
Just use a custom seed generator site to make a world seed of OP's desired traits. (Mesa Biome)
Then load it in.
Then go to 0,0.
Clear the area, idk probably needs at least a 50x50 space cleared for a small-medium size factions spawn.
Then just smooth the area around it to make it look nice.
Done.
