FactionsUUID Upgrades

Looking for an "/f upgrades" addon for FactionsUUID that opens up a simple GUI and allows players to purchase tiered upgrades in their factions using in-game money as well as a custom item (faction crystal). Pretty similar to CosmicPVP's upgrade system, though not nearly as extensive. I will also need an admin command to retrieve the custom faction crystal item so I can use it as a reward in-game.

Some of the upgrades I'll be looking for include:
- Flight in Factions Territory (can be upgraded to include allies/truces)
- Increase Maximum faction warps up to +12
- Increase faction size up to +10
- Increase spawner rates (UltimateSpawner) in territory up to 1.5x
- Increase crop growth rate in territory up to 3x
- Reduce damage taken in clames up to 30%
- Reduce hunger rate up to 25%
- Increase in XP gain up to x1.25
- Faction Power Boost up to +100

I understand fully that this is not a "small plugin" and my budget will reflect that. I will have a full spreadsheet outlining exactly what I am looking for and the upgrade prices/crystal requirements. I am also a spigot plugin developer with over three years of experience, and so I'd be happy to help develop this if necessary or you would like an extra hand. Of course, that is totally optional. Also, I am fine with either a separate plugin that uses FactionsUUID or a custom fork, whichever is easier for you to access the faction data.
