How to factory reset a Alienware Windows 7? I opened up the System Recovery Options during booting but it doesn't have the "Restore and Emergency Backup" option, only Startup Repair (does nothing), System Restore (Won't do what I want it to do), Windows Memory Diagnostic (diagnostic), and Command Prompt . I want to try this to delete the 47 viruses on it xd antivirus tries to delete it but fails. I'm currently on my mac because I can't even open up the internet on my alienware.
